Sales Leadership Programme

Achieve selling excellence!
The Sales Leadership Programme has been developed in close cooperation with Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, to help sales professionals and their organisations develop into highly effective sales leaders and achieve excellence in sales by creating customer value. The programme will equip them with new visions and ideas, practical management tools and leadership skills, and will allow benchmarking against others. With its practically oriented development project, the programme aims to install best practice working in sales.

For who
It is expected that participants have a higher education background and ample sales experience. The programme is designed for:

  • senior sales executives and other managers associated with the development and evaluation of sales;
  • participants will typically be key account managers, directors of sales/ service, national sales managers, district /regional sales managers, area sales managers, or key account managers responsible for large strategic account.

The programme makes use of interactive education learning methods, class room sessions, best practices from other companies, discussions and working in teams and intervision.

Must win sales challenge
Participants will work on an individual development project throughout the programme to enable them to design the most effective roadmap to meet a ‘must win’ sales challenge, backed by all the expertise of the programme staff.
